Seriously, 2025, why does something that happens annually need to be this difficult?

The website shows me all the options:

  • I’ll leave my Audi with you
  • I’ll wait at the Centre
  • I’d like Audi collect my car

Listen, if you’re NOT going to give your users working options, don’t show them what they could have had but can’t select.

It’s worse than those hotel thermostats that are completely disconnected from the actual AC system. You can press all the buttons you want, but someone else decided the temperature long before you arrived.

Remember:
Every tap that leads nowhere is a customer potentially going elsewhere.

The Audi UK website is asleep at the wheel… and I’m the one suffering the breakdown 🙁
